Q. Do you accept credit cards?

No, we do not accept credit cards for our thermal imaging services.

Q. How soon can you go out and inspect the houses?

We can provide thermal imaging home inspections within two weeks of the request.

Q. How long will it take after the inspection for me to get the report?

It will take a week to ten days after the house inspection is complete to get the report.

Q. Do your reports contain images?

Yes, our thermal imaging reports contain images.

Q. Are you licensed and insured?

I am a licensed electrician and a certified thermographer.

Q. Where does most of your business come from?

Commercial and industrial thermal imaging.

Q. What tools/equipment do you use for inspections?

We use high resolution thermal imager.

Q. How long will the inspection take?

The thermal imaging inspection duration depends on the size of the facility. Inspections tend to take about an hour per 1,000 square foot.

Q. Are you ok with me meeting you there during the inspection?

Yes, please do meet me during the inspection! It is preferred.

Q. Do you email the report?

Hard copy report on three ring binder with colored images is delivered to client.

Q. Do you work on weekends?

I am available for emergency thermography services.

Q. Is there anything I should do on my end prior to the inspection taking place to ensure it can be completed properly?

Before thermal imaging home inspection, please keep area requiring imaging free of obstructions.
